Damar Gymnastics was established in 1992. We have trained thousands of preschoolers, recreational cheerleaders, elementary, middle school, high school, and college cheerleaders.  At Damar, our staff strives to make sure that each child is having fun, additionally they are learning skills and progressing at the same time.  We take great pride in how our kids look whenever they perform a skill.  Each staff member receives direct, intense training so that we may provide a SAFE learning environment while children learn the proper progressions to better themselves
